五百元做一顿年夜饭

         上世纪九十年代年开始,年夜饭流行在饭店包干了,理由是图清闲。可过一个年有七天,饭店包一顿只解决了十四分之一的问题,接下来你还得自己做饭解决问题,所谓的一包了事就可享福清闲只是自欺欺人,吃完了饭店饭你还是得面对怎样做年饭的问题。另外,图清闲哪里还找得到过年就是要阖家团圆的意思?不忙那还叫过年吗?那叫等死!现在上海的大饭店会推出一些配好的半成品,比如新雅饭店,杏花楼饭店等,可以省却你配菜洗菜的烦恼,也是一个的选择,可也不能顿顿都如此吧?总不能等到吃出泡面的感觉才知道改悔吧?

        这里推出一个我准备的年夜饭菜单,都是简单的家常菜,容易采购,也很容易做,口味则照顾到了甜,咸,酸,辣的各种偏好。这个菜单里的量也足够大,足够十几个大肚汉猛吃一顿的,假如采购时略微加点量,那些剩菜就足够一家子过一个整年了。伍佰元就能把年饭的主菜大多解决了,应该是不错的选择吧。五百元在饭店还吃不到一个龙虾,那可是每人只有一口。而这个菜单是八冷盆,十热炒,一汤,二点心,足够装满十个顶级容积的肠胃。

         这个菜单里菜的具体做法大都在我的《家常菜》系列中有叙述,有兴趣的可以看看,也希望博友们互相交流,忙出自己的年味,用集体的智慧打败商家的误导和贪婪。
